Personally, I just write. I’m not particularly interested in the mechanics of Medium.

And I would write for free. I’ve been boosted and the rewards are definitely better than the older system of CFFD. But as more people get boosted, and more people are eligible to boost writers, … I’m sure the current rewards will be lower as the readers have a wider selection to choose from.
