My 6 years living in America was hell. Processed foods are a killer. And on every flipping corner.
Get off all processed foods and try to eat naturally. And don’t diet. Eating well is a ‘way of life’. Never a diet.
Eat slowly. Chew till you think it’s enough … and then chew some more. It works.
Look up microbiome. Try balance your gut. It all starts in the stomach.
Eat 6 meals a deal. Smaller portions. But often. As natural as possible.
As a chef and dietician for over 30 years … it’s never how much you eat. But what you eat.
