You do understand the difference between what is “law” and the concept of “justice” don’t you.

I’m not trying to be snide. But you seem reasonably intelligent, and are clearly articulate, and yet you miss so many of the points made.

Had I said – “Is this American LAW”!Your point might be valid. And I reiterate MIGHT. But I did not say that.

I said – “Is this American JUSTICE”!

They are mutually exclusive arguments that for some reason you’ve amalgamated.
