Clearly we don’t have a leader, therefore I hope consensus management really does work - personally I’ve not seen it work.

Market test ? What for?

Three questions:

1) do people eat pizza ?
2) do people like to eat at functions / parties (if I’ve got the concept right you’re offering a pizza service to parties) ?;
3) are there people who hold parties who don’t want the hassle of worrying about catering?

Hey presto market test done. If the answer is “yes”, what more do you need.

What words are synonymous with good pizza. And how can you upsell to increase revenue.

Now determine your usp and build a business around that one idea.

My take away from this Malky, is, I don’t have the management skills you have to watch them flounder.
