I get told to write about food (niche) all the time. But I don’t live in food world, I live in THE world. So I touch everything.
When I do write about food I enjoy it – I go a bit overboard … like a 9 minute piece of cooking eggs! But I don’t want to do it all the time.
And my touch is unique. Like everybody else.
