I think this ideology (if I’m permitted to call it that), is very sector dependent.

Banking; journalism and law for example would not in my opinion have the same longevity than say, marketing; advertising, top chefs and IT would.

And even in law, the area of law is key - I have a mate in the aviation sector of law. He is a true expert and earns a fortune. He is better off hanging around for a longer timeframe in one company. But compare that to Ai or immigration - it changes by the minute and requires a daily (steep) learning curve.

I don’t see movement as an issue here.
