I know this is unpopular thinking in modern society, but are you not just another notch in her rifle!

She’s rude. I am a trained mentor. I did it as part of my restaurant ownership because I encountered so many damaged, unloved young wait staff.

I’ve employed over 3000 teenagers as waiters and kitchen staff. And I always show respect and love.

But I would never tolerate rudeness or disrespect. If I do, I’m not doing my job as a mentor. If they leave, that’s their choice. But I’m still here … if they want me.

They ALWAYS return. For advice - not the wages. Some are in their late 30’s, and still seek my advice.

But I have standards and I have boundaries that nobody is going to ride over.

I’m sure you do too.
