I think it has more to do with economics. The poor POC cannot afford hospitals. It's such bullshit.

One of my staff broke water in the restaurant on a busy Saturday night, and delivered at the back door, and arrived at work on Monday morning.

I was shocked. I asked her what she was doing at work, she'd just had a baby.

She said I do not want to lose my job. I told her to go home.
