I find it worthy to inject common sense and experience in defining the view of an expert.

Example:

Food is one of my better researched subjects. Using that as an example, I conclude that sugar free (diet) drinks are not good for us.

Why would I replace a natural product (sugar) with a chemical substitute.

So I don’t drink or eat sugar free. I try hard to reduce the amount of chemicals or chemically intensified products into my body.

The secret is to reduce the amount of sugary products in my diet.

For me this is experience and using common sense over expert advice
