I agree. But as Mr Hammond states … they make it easy. I ordered a bath from France for my wife. Not Amazon.

It arrived cracked. It also arrived 2 weeks late. The hassle to fix the issue took 6 weeks.

Amazon would have dealt with it in 24 hours … which infuriates me
