Great idea but the infrastructure wont sustain a whole bunch of people just yet. We need to expand the utilities somewhat.

At the moment we just found water. And its a big deal as the old water supply was not ideal. We had to drill to 40 meters to get this. But it is as pure as Pellegrino. With strong pressure.

But in about a year, when I have upgraded the infrastructure, that will be a great idea.

In the meantime, in about a few months I can start having a few people. With the building works, the insurance laws are quite strict.
