For the record, I believe this, but I also believe Jesus does too. I prefer saying Jesus to God when it is justified, as God could be 'god' or God, and equally an all-encompassing euphemism for any deity.

Whereas Jesus is clearly only one thing, to all.

Jesus offered healing - but the healed had to accept the healing before it took hold. Only when they turned to go to the preist where they healed. Luke 17:11.

Whether you believe in Jesus or not is not the issue here, it is simply to make the point that Religion and Jesus are not the same.

They had to believe (choice) and make that choice of their own free volition.
