Every herd, flock, menagerie, school, shoal and murder has some wise ones.

Often it’s the longest in tooth, who are the wise ones … longevity in the profession or simply ‘been around awhile’, that earns them the experience stripes. It’s only the ‘clever’ hooman species who often dismiss these scribes, the ‘dumb’ animals never do. They learn from them and follow.
