Do Japanese eat, or discard the less popular Western cuts of meat like liver, kidney, offal.

Meat consumption in the West is dropping, but equally they are eating only selective cuts - which is more negative to the environment, than the meat producer or animal, itself.

We need to again learn to eat all the animal in 1st world economies. Both fir health and environmental reasons.
