As an obvious sausage aficionado Smillew, is there any truth to the rumour that a sausage can be “milked”.

I know some sausages have casein put into them but can the milk be ‘removed’

My sausage is literally spluttering in my pan for part 3 … (sorry that’s pants - typo)
